Procedure relating to student admissions and enrolment

 

EU National – part-time

  1. Contact the school about times, class levels, textbook policy and place availability.
  2. Take an online Cambridge level test on our website or take an appropriate level test in our school office. 
  3. Fill in an information card for the school.
  4. Pay for 1 class or more and try a lesson.
  5. Confirm the level, the days for the classes and payment method.

 

EU National (Romania/ Bulgaria) – part-time or part-time

1,2,3 – as above

4.   Pay for a period of lessons and try a class.

5.   Receive an official letter from the school confirming payment, number of lessons per week and level.

 

Non-EU National – full-time

  1. Contact the school about the proposed course.
  2. Receive an application form, payment details, explanation of student visa requirements and other information appropriate for each individual student as well as information regarding refunds.
  3. Fill in an application form and send it back to Eurospeak with the result of your on-line test. Please see our web site “Home Page” We also need evidence of your previous studies – school leaving certificate, diplomas or university degrees. We can only send you an offer of a place in our school when we have this evidence
  4. Send the first payment.
  5. Receive a letter of acceptance.
  6. Report to the school as soon as you arrive in the UK. Students with a student visa should present their passport to the school when they first arrive. We confirm course and level. If you do not report to the school within 10 days of your arrival and start your course we will report you to the Home Office and you will have to leave UK and apply for a new visa.
  7. If there is a delay in the student visa application process, you will need to inform us about the details. If your visa is refused please send us a scanned copy of the complete refusal document.
  8. IT students should speak Basic English at least.
